Spur One Another On

What makes someone a good Christian? Praying for the sick? ✔️ Living an exemplary life? ✔️ Yes—those are expectations we hold dear.

But did you know the Word also tasks us to spur each other on?

Hebrews 10:24 tells us: “Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.”

The early church understood this. It wasn’t just about private devotion. It was about community encouragement—pushing, pulling, and lifting each other higher in Christ.

So today, don’t just live well for God—help someone else do the same. Encourage them. Recognize them. Remind them they’re seen.

Because when we spur one another on, we keep the fire of love burning—and together, we reflect the heart of Jesus.
