No private details about others without consent. Use first names or initials only.
Encourage, don’t condemn. We correct in love; we do not shame.
Keep it concise. Aim for 3–8 sentences.
Avoid medical/financial advice. Share your experience; don’t prescribe.
Safety first. If someone may be in danger, ask for help from local authorities/church leaders.
